Beyond a Watch, It's a Feeling

Automatic watches are powered by the movement of the wearer's wrist, which winds the mainspring, while quartz watches use a battery and a quartz crystal to keep time. Automatic watches are usually more expensive and require periodic servicing, whereas quartz watches are more accurate and low-maintenance.

Mechanical watches should generally be serviced every 3 to 5 years to ensure proper lubrication and functioning. Neglecting servicing can lead to increased wear and reduced accuracy.

Water resistance indicates how well a watch can withstand water exposure. For example, "30m (100ft) water-resistant" means it can handle light splashes, while "200m (660ft)" means it’s suitable for swimming or diving. However, water resistance can degrade over time, so regular checks are recommended.

When not worn, a fully wound automatic watch typically runs for 38 to 48 hours (depending on the movement). High-end models with longer power reserves can last 70 to 80+ hours.

We provide a one-year warranty for all of our watches. Our 1-year mechanical warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch's internal mechanisms, including movement failures, rotor/winding issues, and factory-related hand/dial misalignment. The warranty excludes accidental damage, water exposure (unless caused by defective seals), normal wear, and any unauthorized repairs. To make a claim, simply bring the watch with its warranty card to our store for assessment - if verified as a genuine manufacturing defect, we'll provide free repairs or replacement.
